Day 25 – Taghazout – sixth day

Yesterday evening sunset did not disappoint us as it has been another really warm day.

It started well with an invite to all of our group to join Malcolm for a bacon butty this morning at 10:00am. This gave everyone a real chance to have an informal gathering where many discussions took place. At just before 12:00 noon we made our way to the road where we caught a bus into Agadir which is about 45 minutes away. Leaving the bus we made our way to the local covered market spread out across a vast area. Here we purchased local produce, spices, some moisturising oil, some presents and a djellaba for me. I also hunted out a internet top up for sim card which was 50dh for 10 days or 100dh for one month. I chose the 10 day top up as we plan to cross back into Spain in early February.

With a full bag of goodies we made our way back to the bus station to catch the 4:30pm bus back to the camp. Getting back to camp we took the pills we missed taking this morning and I activated the top up by text message. Spent some time this evening trying to help someone with understanding Skype on their iPad mini.

Likely to be an early bedtime for both of us as we have done a lot of walking and now very tired. The day has been a real experience and we have all thoroughly enjoyed it. Look forward to what tomorrow brings.
