Day 4 – Mugron

This morning I thought that we were going to start out with a few problems. No water available and we had just about run out as well as the loo cassette was full. Thankfully Terry tried the tap again and someone had turned the water back on so we could empty the toilet and replenish the fresh water tank.
We also had a few market stalls set up in the square. The girls went and bought some bread fruit etc from the local stores. Next we went in search of some fuel. We eventually found a Super U supermarket and filled with diesel at €1.06. As we continued our journey to our overnight stop we saw prices as high as €1.25.
Later in the afternoon we arrived only to find that 2 vans were already in place with one place immediately available and cards parked blocking the fourth spot. So we parked up and waited for the workers to come out at 5pm where upon the cars soon drove off.
Batteries all fully charged again overnight and off to Spain in the morning.
