Day 59 – Kenitra

After a slow start this morning we had breakfast and proceeded to pack up for the journey up the coast to a campsite that had been recommended to us on the MotorhomeFun forum. We paid the 95 MAD ( £7.30) site fee which included electric and was expensive by Moroccan standards.
We decided to travel by the toll motorways and paid around 100 MAD in tolls to cover over 100 miles on good roads. You can’t say that about the ring road around Rabat. The road is as bad as I remember it from last year. The one good thing is that I didn’t get stopped by the police for jumping and lights.
We arrived on site and found a spot over the far side away from most of the other vans and should get some sunshine and warmth over the next few days.
Tina has informed me that we are going to do our weekly washing tomorrow. I told her that this was probably going to be the last time before we get home. We will have to use all of the clothes we have brought. I am sure we brought enough fro 4 people not two.
Bring on the sunshine for tomorrow….
