Day 6 – Calle De La Noria

Our overnight stop was on a quiet new Aire with open fields as our outlook. At night the 3 windmills on the hill top were all lit up. Delightful.
The temperature last night was quite mild compared with previous nights so much so that we didn\’t have the heating on. We are getting towards the south of Spain me thinks!!
We left at around 10am and had a long drive ahead but all on fast roads. We tried to stop at a supermarket in Granada but the height barriers foiled us so we carried on and stopped at some services a few miles down the road. After an hour we continued on our way always looking for somewhere to shop.
We did have a couple of detours close to our destination but still did not find anywhere to shop. It\’ll have to be tomorrow we think.
We arrive at the site where there are 50-70 vans already in place. We spotted a new Aldi just as we came onto the site so that was our next adventure. We collected a few things and walked back to the vans with our shopping.
Later that evening we went and had a Chinese buffet meal in the restaurant at the entrance to the golf club. It was lovely to sit and gave a relaxing meal. Let\’s hope we get more opportunities to eat out as it gives Tina a rest from household duties.
Till tomorrow and looking forward to the market which is on a Saturday.
