Day 10 Oloron-Sainte-Marie
Woke Tina up around 8:30am with a cuppa so we could make preparations to leave the overnight spot by 10am. Once Terry finished servicing his van we left soon after 10am. the journey was going to be excess of 4 hours without any stops.
We stopped in a lay-by around 12:30pm and had a sandwich. We still hadn\’t got to a supermarket for some traditional cheese and French bread. after about an hour we recommenced our journey.
Mis afternoon Terry spotted a larger supermarket and turned off the route. I had been held up in traffic and missed him turning off. He made a quick call to the mobile and with the aid of What 3 Words we were able to find him again. Bought a few items of shopping and then round to the filling station to fill with diesel. Not used to this after having the electric car for 9 months.
We arrived around 5pm and soon joined our friends for a regular daily cuppa and cake and to put the world to rights.
Tomorrow we should be crossing in to Spain.
